What a beautiful season this has been, with many blessings. As I watched the children delight in their play this week, I was reminded of how very little we need to experience true joy.

Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and abundant joy in 2026🤍

When the soil of childhood is nurtured and rich -- full of nature, play, imagination, real connections and steady rhythms -- learning will bloom naturally 🌱

What a great start to our year! Peace in my heart and so much gratitude for my Chickadee crew 🤍

Nothing like a classic adventure novel to feed the imagination! 'Swallows and Amazons' connected us to nature and history, with great characters and ideas; it inspired the children to try new things and assess their own capabilities!

Summer Book Club is a wrap! 😎

We are looking for friends to join our Chickadee book club! It is going to be a fun, adventure-filled summer reading the classic novel 'Amazons and Swallows' by Arthur Ransome. 🌞

This program is geared towards ages 6-12; cost includes a journal, a picnic snack each afternoon, and all craft materials. The book may be borrowed from the library or purchased. We will read three chapters at each meeting and then three chapters will be read at home before the next week.

Message or email [email protected] if you have questions!
