Over the last two years, I've had the privilege of working with a beautiful young girl who first came to me when she was 11 years old. She is now 13.
She initially began coming to me to help with extreme anxiety, and over these two years, I've had the honor of witnessing her journey through Reiki and sound healing. Her mom has shared with me the changes she has seen in her daughter along the way.
During the last few sessions her mom has expressed how much joy she is seeing in her child after her sessions. She's laughing, giggling, and being silly, having fun and simply enjoying being herself.
This morning I received the most beautiful message from her mom:
"I cannot thank you enough. Whatever kind of healing magic you're doing on my kid is definitely working. She got up out of bed this morning with ease, got ready, and went on the bus with her brother. You are a truly gifted healer."
Messages like this touch my heart more than I can put into words. 🥹❤️✨
Energy healing can be a beautiful complementary support for people of all ages and through many different life experiences, including mental illness, grief,emotional challenges and trauma. When used along with appropriate counseling, medical support when needed, Reiki and sound healing may offer another safe space for emotional processing, grounding, connection and so much more.
For this young girl, watching her rediscover more laughter, lightness, and joy has been very special.
Healing is not always about changing who we are. Sometimes, it's about creating a safe space where we can reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have been waiting to come back. ✨
