Yesterday morning, I had the pleasure of offering my very first pool sound bath, and what an experience it was.
One of the things participants shared afterwards was how amazing it felt to experience the vibration of the instruments through water. Hearing how deeply they connected with the sounds in that unique setting was truly special.
As soon as I arrived, I recieved a beautiful sign from my mom that she was with me. Sitting on the deck was a small ornament with one powerful word Hope. In that moment, I smiled, knowing she was there in spirit.
That evening, during my public sound bath, I was given a card with a butterfly on the front. A butterfly is my symbol for my mom, it was another gentle reminder that love continues beyond the physical world.
Believe in the signs. Believe in the synchronicities. They often arrive exactly when we need them, gently reminding us that we are loved, supported, and never truly alone.

Sound healing is a powerful practice, and I have personally experienced how frequency can heal our mind, body, and soul 🎶🎵🎶
