💸 Financial Friday: The Somatic Art of Receiving

Happy Friday! ☀️✨

In traditional finance, we are taught to focus on the numbers. But before we can comfortably hit the spreadsheets, we have to heal how our bodies actually feel about money and abundance.

Last time, we talked about saying "thank you" when we spend. Today, we are talking about the flip side: your capacity to receive.

For a very long time, I had a really hard time accepting gifts, offerings, or even simple compliments. My immediate response was to resist it, saying things like, "Oh, you didn't have to do that!" or instantly trying to figure out how to pay them back to relieve the awkward tension.

Sound familiar?

That reaction is a physical contraction. It sends a message to your subconscious mind that receiving abundance is uncomfortable or unsafe.

🤲 The Weekend Practice: The Open-Palm Reset
This weekend, whether someone offers to buy you a cup of coffee, pays you a genuine compliment, or your paycheck clears in your account, I want you to try this:

Physically open your palms face up.

Take a deep breath into your belly.

Drop the resistance, and simply say: "Thank you."

No deflecting. No minimizing. No rushing to fix it. Just let your body soften and experience the safety of being given to. You are worthy of being resourced, and you are worthy of being celebrated.

💬 Let's practice right now: How does it feel in your body to just receive without needing to fix it? Drop a 🤲 in the comments if you're practicing the open-palm reset with me this weekend! 👇💸

💫 When the Tool Becomes the Lifestyle: Subconscious Regulation

Happy Wednesday! I am currently away at connecting with incredible minds at a financial conference, but I wanted to drop in for our weekly POR Method check-in.

I teach the POR Method: Pause, Observe, Regulate because it completely saved my relationship with stress. But something magical happens when you do this work consistently. It stops being a tool you have to think about using, and it simply becomes your subconscious way of living.

A perfect example of this happened to me just a few days ago on Saturday morning.

After staying up late packing and organizing for my trip, I completely slept through my alarm. I woke up at 5:15 AM, fifteen minutes after I was supposed to be live on Facebook with my collective.

In the past, an unregulated version of me would have entered an immediate panic spiral. Cortisol would flood my system, my heart would race, and I’d be beating myself up while frantically turning on the camera.

But because of this daily conditioning, my nervous system took over subconsciously:

I PAUSED: I didn't rush. I took a deep breath before hitting "go live."

I OBSERVED: I looked at the facts cleanly without the emotional drama. My body was exhausted from working hard. Out of 27 days, this was the first time I was late. I observed a tiny flash of guilt, and I immediately chose to greet it with grace instead of shame.

I REGULATED: And here is the secret, regulation doesn't always mean doing a heavy workout, a long walk, or a 30-minute Kundalini Kriya. Sometimes, regulation is simply choosing grace and giving your body permission to rest.

To honor my nervous system, I regulated by shifting our live times for the rest of the weekend to 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. I chose structure without rigidity.

🌿 What Does Regulation Look Like for You?
When you pause and observe a stressful situation, your remedy will always depend on what the issue is. Regulation is unique to the moment. It might look like:

Moving your body through a quick workout or a nature walk.

Sitting on the mat for a quiet meditation.

Shifting a boundary, changing a schedule, or just taking a guilt-free nap.

When you train your body to pause and observe before you react, you stop being a victim of your circumstances. You become the sovereign author of your day.

💬 Let's reflect mid-week: Think about a micro-moment this week where something didn't go "perfectly."

Did you panic, or were you able to pause?

What does your body actually need to feel regulated today?

Drop a comment and let me know! 👇✨

🏆 Morning Glow Up Day 30: We Made It! (The Final Recap)

Happy Tuesday morning! We have officially crossed the finish line. Day 30 is complete! 🌌✨

Even away from home, waking up early in a hotel room at my conference, I plugged in because honoring my system and honoring this incredible collective matters.

Over the last 30 days of practicing the Kirtan Kriya together, we haven’t just been doing "exercises" we have been actively restructuring our minds.

If you are wondering what exactly you just anchored into your body over the last month, here is a quick recap of the incredible somatic and neurological benefits you’ve built:

🧠 Neuroplasticity & Brain Fitness: The combination of mudras (hand positions) and the Saa Taa Naa Maa sounds stimulates the brain, improving memory, focus, and cognitive clarity.

🌿 Nervous System Regulation: Moving out of the frantic "fight-or-flight" survival mode and training your body to return to a baseline of deep, authentic safety.

🧹 Subconscious Housecleaning: Clearing out old, looping, anxious thoughts and replacing them with a frequency of transformation, evolution, and peace.

💪 Habit Breaking: Forging the internal consistency it takes to break old, stagnant patterns and show up for yourself daily.

🔄 Emotional Equilibrium: Softening the emotional triggers of daily stress so you can pause and observe, rather than instantly react.

Give yourselves an incredible amount of credit for showing up for this journey. You are structurally different than you were 30 days ago!

🧭 What’s Next? Keep the Momentum Alive

Our daily live videos are complete, but your journey doesn't have to be. If this practice felt right in your body, keep going independently until you hit the magical 40-day mark to fully cement this lifestyle!

If you are looking for personalized guidance on what sequence to practice next, need tailored support for your integration, or have questions about how to keep this glow alive, my digital door is always open.

💬 I am here to guide you.

🌅 Morning Glow Up Day 29: The Power of 40 Days (And Our Last Live Tomorrow!)

Happy Monday morning! Day 29 is officially complete.

Tomorrow is our final, official day of this 30-day Morning Glow Up journey together.

I am so deeply grateful for every single one of you who has plugged in, shown up at dawn, or held the frequency with the replay crew. Your commitment to your own healing has been nothing short of inspiring.

🎯 The Next Milestone: The 40-Day Shift

Even though our 30 days together are wrapping up, if this practice feels right in your body, I highly encourage you to keep going daily until you hit 40 days.

In somatic and yogic traditions, 40 days is the exact timeline it takes for the brain and nervous system to completely break an old, stagnant habit and permanently wire in a new pattern of safety and clarity.

You are already at Day 29, you are so close. Keep that momentum going!

After tomorrow, I will no longer be going live every morning, but I am not going anywhere. I am fully available here for your ongoing support, integration, and guidance.

You can reach out to me anytime right here on my personal page or at GLOW with Krisztina or my website. Shoot me a DM if you have questions about how to keep up your practice or what Kriyas to try next. I am here to guide you.

💬 Let's lock it in: Who is committing to taking this practice all the way to Day 40?

Drop a 🦅 in the comments if you're keeping the momentum alive!

Have a gorgeous, expansive Monday! 🤍✨

🌅 Morning Glow Up Day 28: The Magic of Kirtan Kriya & The "Saa Taa Naa Maa" Loop

Happy Sunday! We officially wrapped up Day 28 on the mat this morning at 6:00 AM, and honoring my body's need for that extra hour of sleep felt absolutely incredible.

With only two days left of our 30-day journey, I want to address a beautiful experience that came up from someone in our collective.

They noticed that as they go about their day, the chant we use during our Kirtan Kriya—Saa Taa Naa Maa—is suddenly looping in the back of their mind, or they find themselves humming it without even realizing it.

First of all: this is an incredible sign!

It means the practice is doing exactly what it was designed to do.

🧬 What does "Saa Taa Naa Maa" actually mean?

These four primal sounds represent the eternal cycle of life, creation, and evolution:

SAA means Infinity, the cosmos, the universe. (The beginning)

TAA means Life, existence, and creativity. (The expression)

NAA means Death, transformation, and change. (The clearing)

MAA means Rebirth, resurrection, and renewal. (The integration)

When you chant this, you are literally vibrating the entire evolutionary cycle of human consciousness.

🧠 Why Is It Stuck in Your Head?

Our minds are naturally wired to loop things in the background, but usually, it’s old, anxious thoughts, a past conversation, or a stressful to-do list.

Kirtan Kriya is a powerful mechanism for neuroplasticity. When you practice it consistently for 28 days, you start clearing out old subconscious garbage.

When Saa Taa Naa Maa starts humming in the background of your day, it means your nervous system is choosing a frequency of transformation and renewal over stress and anxiety.

Your brain is cleaning house and anchoring you into peace, even when you aren't on the mat. Let it hum!

🌕 Edmonton In-Person Circle: Spots are Filling!

Our next live, in-person Stress Relief & Somatic Integration Circle is coming up on Monday, July 13th at 7:00 PM.

The full details hit the public this week, but because our space is limited to keep the circle intimate and comfortable, spots are already going fast from this weekend's early-access crew.

If you want to experience this deeper, multi-Kriya reset in person, send me a DM right now to grab your spot before the general public!

💬 Let's Share: Have you caught yourself humming the "Saa Taa Naa Maa" loop during your day?

What other small shifts are you noticing in your body or your thoughts as we hit Day 28?

I am so incredibly proud of this collective for sticking to this consistency.

See you on the mat tomorrow morning (Monday) at 6:00 AM MST for Day 29!

We are almost there! 🤍✨

🌅 Morning Glow Up Day 27: Sovereignty Over Rigidity (And a Schedule Shift!)

Happy Saturday! And a very happy 4th of July to all my friends south of the border! 🇺🇸✨

Today, I’m coming to you with some raw, real life integration transparency. Last night, I stayed up late doing a ton of deep work and packing to get myself organized for my massive financial conference in Las Vegas next week.

I worked hard, went to bed exhausted, and guess what? I completely slept through my alarm this morning.
Instead of 5:00 AM, I hopped online at 5:17 AM.

At first, that old familiar "icky" feeling crept in because I pride myself on keeping my promises to you. But then I paused and chose grace.

Out of 27 days of this challenge, this was the very first time my body simply said, “No, we need 15 more minutes of rest.”

🌾 The Lesson: Structure Without Rigidity

This is a perfect example of what I mean when I teach making a practice a lifestyle.

Yes, you need a plan and a routine to build the habit. But your practice should never become a prison.

True somatic alignment means listening to the actual whispers of your body over the ticking of the clock.

You have permission to sleep.

You have permission to give yourself grace.

I’m not just teaching this work; I am actively walking it right alongside you as a human being.

Whether you’ve been live with me every single day at dawn, missed a day or two, or you are completely rocking your own unique rhythm with the replay crew; congratulations on Day 27!

We have just three days left of this 30-day journey, and the growth in this collective is incredible.

🛑 Schedule Change for Sunday & Monday!

Because I am honoring my own advice and listening to my nervous system’s need for rest before I fly out to Vegas, we are shifting our live practice time tomorrow (Sunday) and Monday morning to 6:00 AM!

Let's give our bodies that extra hour of beautiful, restorative sleep. I’ll see you live on the mat at 6:00 AM, and the replay will be waiting whenever your body is ready for it.

🌕 Edmonton In-Person Circle: VIP Early Access Open This Weekend Only!

Our next in-person Stress Relief & Somatic Integration Circle is officially locked in for Monday, July 13th at 7:00 PM.

Public registration doesn't open until this Monday, July 6th. But because our last circle was completely packed out and space at the studio is strictly limited to ensure a comfortable, intimate circle, I am giving my Morning Glow Up crew first dibs this weekend.

In these live sessions, we move through a completely different, deeper sequence of multiple Kriyas that we don't do on the daily lives.

If you want to experience that powerful in-person energy and claim your spot before the public gets them, DM me right now and I’ll send you the private link!

Have a gorgeous, expansive Saturday, go gently with yourselves, and I will see you on the mat tomorrow morning at 6:00 AM! 🤍✨

💸 Financial Friday: The Power of the "Tap & Thank You" Somatic Practice

Happy Friday!

In the world of traditional finance, we are often told to look at spreadsheets, track every penny, and put ourselves on strict financial diets.

And while facing the numbers is a necessary piece of financial sovereignty, if your nervous system is in a constant state of anxiety around money, looking at a spreadsheet is just going to trigger a spiral.

Before we tackle the hard numbers, we have to heal the energetic relationship we have with spending.

Think about the last time you were at the grocery store. As you swiped your debit card or handed over cash for food to feed yourself and your family, what did your body do?

Did your chest tighten?

Did you hold your breath?

Did a little voice of worry whisper, "Look at how expensive everything is..."?

That micro moment of stress is an energy leak. It trains your brain to associate basic survival and nourishment with fear and lack.

This weekend, I want to invite you into a radically different habit. It’s a simple, powerful somatic gamechanger I call the "Tap & Thank You" practice.

💳 The Practice: Honoring the Flow

The next time you are standing at a checkout counter buying groceries, putting gas in your vehicle, or buying a cup of tea, do this in the exact moment of payment:

If you use a debit/credit card: As you bring your card to the terminal to tap, take a conscious, deep breath. As it beeps, say a silent or whispered "Thank you" directly to your money.

If you use cash: As you count out the bills, hold them in your hand for a brief second. Feel the physical weight of your resources, feel the gratitude that you have it, and mentally say "Thank you" as you hand it to the cashier.

🌾 Why This Changes Everything

This isn't just "positive thinking" it is nervous system rewiring.

When you say thank you, you are instantly reminding your body of a beautiful truth: Right now, in this exact moment, I am safe, I am supported, and I have the energetics to purchase what I need.

You switch your frequency from loss to abundance. You are acknowledging that money is a circular currency, it flows out to bless the store and the farmer, and because you are a clear channel, it will flow right back to you.

Spending money on your life shouldn't feel like a punishment. It should feel like a sovereign choice.

🎯 Your Financial Friday Homework

The very next time you pay for something today or this weekend, I want you to try the Tap & Thank You practice.

Pay attention to how your body feels when you do it.

Does the tightness in your chest soften?

Do you feel a little lighter?

💬 Let's start the flow: Drop a ✨ in the comments if you are committing to trying the "Tap & Thank You" practice this weekend!

Let’s normalize feeling incredibly good about being resourced. 👇💸
