About Rachel
Raised in the Sherwood Park area, Rachel is a vocal performance major with her Bachelor of Music Degree. She studied at the Kings University in Edmonton. She is so excited to be inviting new students to her studio this year. Her heavy involvement with musicals in her earlier years led to her love of opera and involvement with the Edmonton Opera Chorus. Recently, she was music director and conductor for the SCA Fine Arts production of "The Little Mermaid"(2016) in Sherwood Park. Having worked with a huge variety of performers and productions she looks forward to sowing her musical knowledge into her current and future students. Although she has her favourites, Rachel is comfortable singing and teaching all genres. While Rachel’s first love is performance, she has a huge passion for creating trusting relationships and cultivating musicality within everyone she teaches.
