Let’s make movement a daily habit this June with a fun and flexible Walking/Steps Challenge open to everyone!

How it works:
• Track your steps every day in June using the custom tracking sheet (DM me & I’ll send you a copy !).
• Use different colours to fill in each day based on how many steps you take—it’s all about progress and patterns.
• Aim for 10,000 steps/day as a minimum but any steps have health benefits

The focus?
Consistency over perfection—whether you walk around the block or go for a hike, it all counts.

Incentives to keep you going:
• Weekly prizes for participants who tag me in their walking updates.
• End-of-month door prize for anyone who colours in every day of the tracker will be entered!
