Breastfeeding handouts.
I personally think whichever you choose is your choice alone to make, your body, your baby! Breast may be “best” but to me, a full tummy is best, some don’t choose to not breast feed, some can’t and that does NOT make you a bad mother. Recognizing that you or your baby are not doing well on the breast is very important for not only your mental health but baby’s over all health. Wether you strictly breast feed, formula or supplement, what matters is baby getting what they need. Photo credits Doula Canada training.
