🔧 Welding & Wellbeing: Summer Trades in Action! 🏗️

This summer, our Welding and Wellbeing students aren't just learning to strike an arc — they're building a go-cart from the ground up! From cutting and fitting the tube-steel frame to mounting the steering rack, rear axle, engine, and seat, students are getting hands-on experience with real fabrication skills: measuring, welding, assembly, and problem-solving as a team.

Beyond the technical skills, this project is about building confidence, focus, and a sense of accomplishment — the "wellbeing" side of the program is just as important as the welding itself. There's something powerful about watching a pile of steel tubing turn into a driveable machine with your own two hands.

Swipe through to see the build coming together — from the bare frame on the welding table to the steering and suspension components taking shape! 🚗⚡

Stay tuned as this go-cart gets closer to the finish line. 👏
