When I teach prenatal I don’t tell people what they should or shouldn’t do, except for Vitamin K, it is vital to protect your baby with such a low risk compared to the benefit.

Consent happens everyday in many different situations. Knocking on someone’s door, asking to borrow a stapler, or asking if you can give someone a hug. Pay attention to how many times you ask for consent today.

Welcome to JD Education! I’m Jennifer and I am a doula, Lamaze certified childbirth educator, and a sexual health educator.
