•LINC is an English language and Settlement training program funded by Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (www.cic.gc.ca) that is offered at Keyano College to adult newcomers who are Permanent Residents and Conventional Refugees. Who can take LINC?
•Permanent Residents or Conventional Refugees, 18 years or older
