Some days it’s mascara and muscle. Other days it’s coffee and chaos.

Be the woman who romanticizes her life.

Lift heavy.
Wear lipstick.

Don’t apologize for any of it. 💋 đŸ‘ŠđŸ»

Every choice is taking you somewhere.

The question isn't whether your current habits are “good” or “bad.”

It's whether they're taking you toward the life, body, energy & confidence you say you want.

The cost of putting it off isn't always obvious today.

>It's months of saying I'll start Monday.
>Another year of feeling uncomfortable in your body.
>Another season of knowing you're capable of more but not doing anything differently.

Then on the flip side, the small decisions you make today compound. You don't need to overhaul your entire life. You just need to start making more decisions that your future self will be grateful for.

Your future is being built by what you're repeatedly choosing.

If you've been around FitGirlsRock for a while, you may have heard me talk about the Bold & Badass Project & still not be entirely sure what the hell it is.

So let's clear that up.

It isn't a challenge or a series of fitness classes.

It isn't a meal plan or 6 weeks of being “good” only to go back to normal life.

It's a full 6 week online coaching program.

You get the fitness programming, the coaching, the education, the accountability and the support with a full course built into the program.

We work on nutrition, movement, habits, behaviours & more importantly, mindset because knowing what to eat and how to workout isn't usually the part women struggle with.

It's what happens when:
> life gets busy.
> motivation disappears.
> you go on vacation.
> you eat the pizza.
> you miss a workout.
> the scale doesn't cooperate.
> you're stressed, tired or simply don't feel like it.

That's where the real work happens. The goal of Bold & Badass Project isn't to see what you can accomplish for 6 weeks. It's to teach you how to stop starting over & actually build something you can sustain.

That's also why I don't have an open-door policy. I only take on new clients 6x a year. I'm not actively accepting new clients the rest of the time.

That's intentional.

The 6 week Bold & Badass Project is where every client begins their journey with me. I'm currently accepting applications for the September round.

I'm taking 15 women & orientation begins September 14.

If you've been wondering whether Bold & Badass is actually different from the other things you've tried, this is what it's built for.

You can apply through the link in my bio or comment 'BADASS' & I'll reach out to see if we're the right fit to work together.

Everyone starts somewhere.

Personally, I think we spend far too much time believing we need to already be the person we're trying to be before we're allowed to start.

>You don't need to be “in shape” before you start strength training.
>You don't need to lose weight before you hire a coach.
>You don't need to have your nutrition figured out before you ask for help.
>You don't need to prove you can do it on your own before deciding you don't want to.
>You don't need to be confident before you start.

You build confidence by starting.
You build strength by practicing.
You build consistency by doing it imperfectly & continuing anyway.
You build self-trust by making promises to yourself & slowly becoming someone who keeps them.

Everything feels unfamiliar when you're a beginner ..... but just think about how many things you do now that once felt impossible.

You didn't become capable first & then start.

You started & that's how you became capable.

So maybe the next chapter doesn't require you to feel ready. Maybe it just requires you to stop waiting to become the woman who is ready.

She gets built in the doing.

So if you're standing at the edge of something you've been saying you're going to do for a very long time

Maybe this is your reminder: You don't have to know exactly how to get there. You just have to be willing to begin.

Seriously tho.

Why the f**k not you?

Things my clients needed to hear from me this week:

You don’t need to add more to your plan. Your task this week is to stay within the guardrails and actually execute what’s already there.

Now that we have enough data to look at the whole picture, it wasn’t the plan that was the problem. It was inconsistency with the plan & that’s not a dig because now we know where the gaps are, which means we can work on bridging them instead of randomly changing everything.

You’re not failing because life threw you a curveball & you didn’t do everything. You’re actually winning because you didn’t throw in the towel. You controlled what you could & kept moving.

PMS & bad body-image days can sometimes go hand in hand. Your feelings are valid but they aren’t always facts. You can feel uncomfortable in your body & still act in alignment with your goals.

Truthfully, sometimes the thing you need most from your coach isn't another plan, another macro adjustment or another workout.

You need someone to:

> help you see what's actually happening
> call you forward without shaming you
> rein you in when you're trying to do too much
> remind you that one hard week doesn't erase your progress
> help you learn how to navigate real life instead of constantly starting over.

This is what coaching actually looks like & this is the part I love most about what I do. Doors are open for my next client intake. We start Sept 14.

I hate to burst your bubble
 BUT

> your excuses probably aren't as unique as you think they are.

> You don't need more f**king recipes or lists of healthy snack ideas.

> You don't need to feel motivated before you take action.

& you probably don't have a nutrition knowledge problem.

You know more than enough to start making progress.

The harder, & far more uncomfortable, work is getting honest about the gap between what you say you want & what your daily decisions are actually supporting.

Your goals are just nice ideas until your actions start backing them up.

That's where self-awareness matters.

Not to beat yourself up or shame yourself but to finally stop looking for another external thing to fix & start being willing to say: “Okay. What am I actually doing here?”

The women who get the best results aren't necessarily the ones who know the most. They're the ones willing to look at the truth, do the work, adjust when needed, & keep showing up.

So
Which bubble do you need to burst today?
