One of my most favourite things that I get to do each week is connect with a whole bunch of our New Distributors in our Online Business Community & spend some time with them on a Welcome Zoom.

✔️ We talk a lot about training & support, check in on their progress & offer a couple of bits of advice from a not so new person's perspective.

Something that I hear often is what part of the early days in this business are people finding challenging - sometimes it's following some technical instructions, sometimes it's learning a new schedule, sometimes it's picking up the phone & calling leads - we all find something somewhat challenging right?

🤩 The most exciting thing is that I continually hear the confidence at the end of the call that even though this little bit might be challenging, I am supported in ways that I know I can figure it out - and that is the COOLEST.
