We dare to be great at YABBA, Young Athletes Built By Amy. Today's youth has seen an increase in sedentary lifestyles.
This reduces physcial activites, and increases health concerns, such as childhood obesity. At YABBA we hit these problems head on, helping youth focus on optimizing their fitness and elevating their overall confidence in their abilities. Lets help youth get active and develop healthy lifestyles that will carry on as they grow up to be strong and confident adults.

New class and updated summer schedule for Fort Macleod!
Excited for summer and meeting more lovely members!
Just wanted to say a big thank you to the Fort Macleod High School, I did a fitness class with the group of teens there and it was amazing! I’m very excited to come back and show more skills to the teens and for them to see the benefits from it all. Fitness is so much more than just fitness, let’s keep helping youth be active and learn to live a healthy lifestyle. 🙌💪🏻
