There is going to be a BBQ tomorrow at the school cafeteria starting at 1:30pm
For students and caregivers 

School registration will take place in the main office
starting at 10am to 12pm off for lunch then 1pm to 4pm
there will be a draw for parents/guardians who registered their children draw will start at 4:00pm

Attention all high school students/families:
If you need to complete an application for your youth to live at Matawa Care Centre and/or need to register for Matawa Education centre for school: Josh & Emma from care centre will be with me at;

Wahsa building
Tuesday Aug 25. 12-7pm and Wednesday Aug 26. 10-3:30 pm
Bring your IDs

Please come and get support for the application packages, or ask questions you may have.

Westgate & Hammarskjold students can also come by and get your time tables or any questions, drop by. 👍🏼

School will be closed for the rest of today in respect to one of our community members who passed away and their family.

Water service to the school has been restored, and the school will be open tomorrow.

Due to a broken water pipe and the continued water outage in the school area, there will be no school for students tomorrow.

Due to a water main break at O&M office building, the water plant operator has advised that the school area's water supply will be shut off for the afternoon. As a result, there will be no school this afternoon.

Students will be dismissed for lunch and will not be returning to school for the afternoon. At 1:00 p.m., students may go to the cafeteria to pick up a grab-and-go meal, which will include smokies and hamburgers.
