Good Morning, We had a donation over the weekend of fresh veggies from Cindy Konhinski, Ryan Timbers and Tammy Harris from Indigenous Education Team at Peace Bridge Public School.

All are welcome to attend and raise awareness on October 5 at 10:30 a.m. for a friendly meeting at Mathers Arch Park in Fort Erie. We are hosting a local, and intimate MMIW Awareness Walk in honour of October 4th The National Day of Action for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG2S+) and gender-diverse people.
We will gather at Mathers Arch Park before taking a brief walk along the Niagara Boulevard sidewalk toward the grassy area at the public boat launch. Once there, we will share light refreshments and hold space, acknowledging the importance of awareness and community action.
❤️ Community members are encouraged to wear red as a visible show of support for the Red Dress movement, and are also welcome to create and carry signs that express their commitment to raising awareness and honouring the lives and experiences of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, Two-Spirit and gender-diverse people.
