🍓 3 Sister’s Soup & Strawberry Juice Workshop 🍓

When: May 20th & May 27th ✨

Where: Fort Erie Native Friendship Centre’s Kitchen ⭐️

Time: 5-7 pm 💫

In partnership with our Wasanabin Program, Akwego, Wiisinidaa and Mental Health and Wellness Program: we are offering two workshops where community members will have the opportunity to learn about and make strawberry juice and three sisters' soup! There are 7 participant slots for each week. Please email Bella if you would like to register; you may only choose one workshop date so we are able to ensure everyone can have a chance to come out to this deliciously traditional programming!

Under the Rainbow will be closed for the holiday Monday May 18th, 2026. 🌈🌸

Enjoy Your Baby is a 5 week mental health promotion course, suitable for expectant parents and caregivers to infants 0-12 months of age.

This is not group-therapy, but a skill-building course designed to help you manage the ups-and-downs of early parenthood!

Classes will be held virtually every Thursday from 1:30-3:30pm starting April 30th and wrapping up on May 28th.

A virtual info session will take place April 16th from 1:30pm-3:30pm.

Under The Rainbow "Wakanioten" Child Care Centre will be closed on Friday April 3rd (Good Friday) and Monday April 6th (Easter Monday).
