What an incredible day at the BRRG Field Day 2026!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us. We had an amazing turnout! From research plot tours and expert presentations to the live drone spraying demonstration and networking, it was a fantastic day of learning and collaboration.

A sincere thank you to all of our speakers, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and attendees for making this event such a success. Your continued support helps us bring producer-driven research to the farming community.

Join us for a field tour of the University of Alberta Roy Berg Kinsella Research Ranch!
The tour will start at the Kinsella Community Centre where registrants can park their vehicles and board a bus to travel to several stops on the ranch. Stops will include discussions on topics related to research on the ranch, producer perspectives, a drone demonstration, plant identification exercise, and more!
For cattle health and biosecurity reasons, please wear clean footwear or boots that have NOT been on another cattle operation. A footwear wash station & sanitizer will be available as you arrive and depart, as needed.
Please be aware that some of the locations will require walking into field sites, so proper footwear and the ability to walk on uneven terrain is required.

What a great day we had at our Low Stress Livestock Handling Workshop on July 2!

A big thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a success. We had an amazing turnout, lots of great questions, and some excellent conversations throughout the day.

A special shoutout to Dawn Hnatow for leading such an engaging and informative workshop. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, experience, and practical tips that producers can take home and put to use right away.
