At KIDS, we focus on building meaningful skills through everyday moments — supporting areas such as communication and self-advocacy, emotional regulation, independence, social connection, transitions, and participation at home and in the community.

Our approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and individualized to each learner, with a focus on supporting the whole child rather than changing who they are. 💚

🍂 Fall is quickly approaching, and our KIDS learners are getting ready for another season of learning, growing, and building meaningful skills in their everyday lives!

As our services continue to grow throughout Fernie and the Elk Valley, we're looking for caring, reliable people to join the KIDS team in part-time developmental support roles.

This could be a great fit for teachers, EAs, ECEs, education or psychology students, child & youth workers, support professionals, or anyone who genuinely enjoys working alongside children and youth.

At KIDS, our team provides individualized 1:1 support focused on things that matter in everyday life — communication, self-advocacy, regulation, independence, social connection, community participation, and more. Our approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and neuroaffirming.
