In a big busy room , it nice that our kids have the opportunity to find a quiet space for themselves throughout the day .
We will often see kids relaxing on the couch , having a rest or doing a solo activity-especially after lunch time . It’s so important to provide space and time for everyone here at FSAC.

Our day today !!
Lots of loose teeth this summer so Miss Maria read us a funny story about a loose tooth 🦷 we went for a walk and made nature bracelets 💜 then enjoyed some wild play in the woods - some of the kids turned into cavemen and created a whole game with two tribes who fought but then made peace !! It’s so great to be able to stand back as an adult and educator and simply watch the play unfold without any adult involvement. In a world of structure and routine - unstructured and spontaneous play allows kids to be creative and in control .
With a bit of rain today ( we played in it for awhile !) but then Came inside to rotate around 4 messy play sensory options . A great in center day today. 💚
