Started in 1991 by Master Sai Visouvath. Exeter Tri Star Taekwondo has been proud to serve the Exeter and surrounding community for over 20 years. Taekwondo originated in Korea and is an official Olympic sport. It combines self defence and discipline with the intention of boosting self esteem and gaining confidence.
