Fun in the Sand! ☀️🏖️

Nothing like enjoying the morning digging holes, building, and playing in the sand! There’s so much learning that happens through simple, child-led play.

As educators, it’s important to engage with children during playtime. Joining in, asking questions, and showing genuine interest helps deepen relationships while creating meaningful opportunities for learning, communication, problem-solving, and exploration.
We are loving summer and all the fun it brings! ☀️

You may have noticed our windows got a little facelift this summer! 🫧

They now feature adorable infant-themed window decals, an office teddy bear 🧸, preschool pencil crayons 🖍️, and, of course, our name!

A big thank you to Zoe for designing and creating such a fun, welcoming, and inviting space for the children and families who visit us. Having Zoe in our team has major advantages we intend to keep her here forever 😉

Today, we are proud to celebrate an incredible milestone as Haily marks 10 years as an Early Childhood Educator with the Esterhazy Community Daycare.

For the past decade, Haily has been a caring, compassionate, and dedicated member of our daycare family. Her commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment has made a lasting impact on the lives of countless children and their families. Through her patience, creativity, and genuine love for early learning, she has helped children build confidence, curiosity, and a strong foundation for their future.

Haily's positive attitude, willingness to lend a helping hand, and dedication to her profession make her a valued colleague and an important part of the Esterhazy Community Daycare team. She consistently goes above and beyond to support the children in her care while building meaningful relationships with families and coworkers alike.

Over the past 10 years, Haily has witnessed many little learners grow, achieve milestones, and move on to new adventures. Her influence has left a lasting impression on the children she has cared for, and her contributions continue to strengthen our daycare community.

The school-age kids are bringing back their Lemonade Stand after its huge success at our BBQ—it was so popular, they weren't ready to call it quits!

Join us on Friday, August 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. as we celebrate the Red Apple Grand Opening. Stop by for a refreshing glass of lemonade and delicious homemade cookies. 🍪

All proceeds will go toward purchasing new board books for our little readers and restocking our craft cupboard. We hope to see you there!
