No better way to spend your summer than on the water learning to sail. Summer camps sailing lessons.
Unfortunately summer camps are not offered until we settle into our new location. The Canadian Forces Sailing School - Esquimalt is a BC Sailing / Sail Canada Accredited instructional facility for the CANSail curriculum of Sailing instruction. We run a professional, fun and challenging summer program of sailing instruction for all ages in Optimist, 420 and other dinghies. Its a great sport and we have the perfect environment to learn it in.

Hey sailing instructors and friends / family of sailing instructors!! We still have a position or two for our team this summer.

Under the direction of the CFSA Commodore the Learn to Sail Coordinator plans, coordinates, and organizes the operations and delivery the CFSA sailing programs. S/he develops, implements, and monitors sailing policies and directives, advising on the application of sailing program guidelines. S/he will also monitor, evaluate and recommend sailing programs and liaise with local Association officers who are appointed to manage the delivery of CFSA programs. If all qualifications cannot be met a plan should be in place at the time of interview to achieve them.

Our program coordinator is a great job for an experienced coach or instructor. If you don't have all the qualifications, develop a plan and we will work with you to get them - BC Sailing has all sorts of resources and will be releasing its training soon. Apply today!

Safe sailing? Our buffs have arrived in time for the first lessons starting Monday!
Really excited to start our first camp next week! We're refining our COVID precautions, and are taking delivery of some 'buffs' or neck gaiters. They will be available for sale to camp participants to help when social distancing is difficult - and the kids think they're "radical".
