Stepping Stones Preschool - White City

We are working on some special projects this week, so you may not see many photos.

I love to see children use their imaginations. Of course this is their car! The children enjoyed make a giraffe😄.

Busy group this morning. I think spring fever has hit this group😄

Friends having fun! We discussed animals in the zoo and sorted different animals into their types of homes.

Z is for zebra and zoos. The children did a little prep work to make a zebra puppet on Wednesday. We did some sorting and classification of zoo animals and other animal groups. Some of them also played a race to the zoo board game.

A few photos from both classes. The 4/5 year olds used their own “wind” to blow paint to make a picture.

We discussed how we can help to look after our Earth.

Learning about wind this morning, so we had to make a colourful kite. They had lots of fun watching the streamers fly in the air.

This week is about the letter W and wind. I decided to wait until Wednesday to introduce. This morning the children used their finger tips to make jellybeans for their jellybeans jar.
