The Elkhorn School Student Council is coordinating a St. Patrick's Day Spirit Week from Monday, March 16th - Friday, March 20th. The theme days are:

Monday, March 16th - PJ Day
Tuesday, March 17th - Leprechaun Day - Wear green or gold
Wednesday, March 18th - Sports Day
Thursday, March 19th - Rainbow Day - Each homeroom wears their assigned colour of the rainbow
Friday, March 20th - Anything but a backpack day - Bring your supplies to school in anything but a backpack

Wednesday, February 25th is Pink Shirt Day. Pink Shirt Day promotes awareness, raises funds for anti-bullying programs, and encourages schools, workplaces, and communities to practice kindness.

Pink Shirt Day is a global anti-bullying movement where people wear pink to symbolize taking a stand against bullying. Originating in 2007 in Nova Scotia, Canada, it began when two students bought pink shirts to support a peer bullied for wearing pink, sparking a, now, worldwide, movement for kindness, inclusivity, and safety.

Due to road conditions all Fort La Bosse schools are closed Thursday, February 19, 2026.

Elkhorn School's Student Council will coordinate a Valentine's Day themed spirit week from Monday, February 9th - Friday, February 13th.

Elkhorn School is getting excited for the Olympics. We look forward to cheering on Team Canada and especially cheering for Elkhorn's own Travis Sanheim!

We will have a Team Canada spirit day next Tuesday during our Valentine's themed spirit week.

The school will be unlocked throughout the regular school day for high school students that need to stop by the school to grab books to study for exams that start on Monday, January 26th.
