Qualifications:
✅ Early Childhood Education (ECE) Diploma
✅ Member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
✅ Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
✅ CPR Level C & Standard First Aid Certification

Assets:
⭐ Knowledge of How Does Learning Happen?
⭐ Previous experience in an early learning environment

Ketcha Star (Eganville) Daycare is seeking a dedicated Resource Staff member to join our team! This position begins Monday, August 31, 2026.
Hours:
🕖 Regular school days: Split shift
• 6:45 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.
• 3:45 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
🕖 PA Days, March Break, Snow Days & Summer:
• 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
This position currently supports both our Kindergarten and School-Age programs and may expand to other programs as needed.
As a Resource Staff member, you will work alongside our team of educators and Inclusion Services of Renfrew County to provide an inclusive, supportive environment for all children. Responsibilities may include:
✔️ Supporting children with additional needs
✔️ Assisting with Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
✔️ Documenting observations and behaviours
✔️ Supporting daily classroom routines and activities
✔️ Helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Qualifications:
✅ Experience working with children with special needs is an asset.
✅ Current Vulnerable Sector Check.
✅ Valid Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification.
