We are looking for volunteers (youth, past volunteers, teachers and friends!) to help us sort food donations going to the Edson Schools and Edson Food Bank Society. Please send us a message to sign up - 3 hr shifts between 10:30am -6:30pm

Our Grade 4 students put their creativity and kindness to work by decorating coffee sleeves with uplifting messages for customers at Harubaku Coffee. These thoughtful creations were donated to help brighten someone’s day. Way to spread a little joy, Grade 4!

Our Grade 1 students embraced all the emotions that come with the last day of school by reading The Last Day Blues and enjoying a special blue drink to go along with the story.

While saying goodbye to Grade 1 can be a little bittersweet, exciting new adventures and opportunities are waiting for them in Grade 2. We can’t wait to see all they’ll accomplish next year!

Ms. Erin’s Kindergarten students wrapped up the school year with a special visit to the Community Garden. They explored the gardens on a guided tour, discovered the many plants and growing spaces, and put their creativity to work by building their own birdhouses.

It was the perfect way to celebrate a year full of learning, growth, and adventure!

For achieving the highest percentage of participation among all Edson schools during CEAT Wheel Week, our MBE staff earned an awesome reward—a visit from the Harubaku Coffee Cart! If you haven’t visited his shop, DO IT! So delicious!

A huge thank you to the Community Engagement Action Team (CEAT) for this fantastic treat and for encouraging active transportation throughout our community. It was the perfect way to kick off our last day of school! 💚💙

Paradise came to MBE today as students and staff celebrated the final School Spirit Day of the school year with Tropical Day!

From Hawaiian shirts and leis to sunglasses and beach hats, the school was bursting with tropical colours and summer vibes. It was the perfect way to soak up the excitement of the last week of school and celebrate another amazing year together!💚💙
