We are incredibly grateful to Troy Huntley from Backwoods Resources and Mark Morin from Tourmaline Oil Corp. for their generous $900 donation to our Breakfast Program, made possible through the Edson Tourmaline Golf Tournament!

Your support helps ensure our students can start their school day with a healthy breakfast and the energy they need to learn, grow, and thrive. We are so fortunate to have such caring and generous businesses supporting our school. Thank you! 💙💚

Photo proofs were sent home last week. Lifetouch Retake Day is scheduled for Wednesday, October 28. Students who were absent on the original picture day will have their photos taken at that time. If you would like your child’s photo retaken, please ensure that picture proofs are returned to the school before Retake Day.

Today, all of our Kindergarten students were excited to visit the Edson Fire Hall! They had the chance to see the fire trucks up close, explore the equipment, and learn important fire safety tips from the firefighters.

A big thank you to the Edson Fire Department for the warm welcome and for making this such a fun and memorable learning experience! 🚒

Last spring, Mrs. Johnston signed up for the Pips Farm Egg Hatching Program, giving her Grade 1 students a front-row seat to one of nature’s most amazing life cycles. For weeks, they patiently watched, wondered, and waited as the quail eggs incubated.

They even prepared a special pen for their tiny arrivals, making sure everything was ready for hatch day! This week, the wait was finally over as the chicks began to hatch! Today, students had the exciting opportunity to gently hold the newest arrivals and get a close-up look at their tiny features.

Learning doesn’t get much cuter than this! 🐥

Mrs. Williams’ Grade 4 students planned a special adventure for their buddies in Mrs. Semotiuk’s Grade 1 class! They created treasure maps and sent their buddies off on a school-wide hunt, following clues along the way to discover their hidden treasure.. Their adventure led them to a treasure chest filled with delicious chocolate bars!

What a fun way for our buddy classes to connect, work together, and create some sweet memories!
