Every small step is a chance to build CONFIDENCE. Being a beginner at 40, 50 or beyond is absolutely POSSIBLE. Give yourself permission to learn! 💛

Here’s a SIMPLE prompt to try:
“Act as a meal-planning coach for a busy mom. Plan five affordable weeknight dinners for a family of [number]. Each meal should take under 30 minutes. Include easy instructions and one shopping list. Ask about our food preferences and allergies first.”

Then make it your own! Ask for a shopping list or meals using ingredients you already have. Check the suggestions and adjust them to suit your family.

🍂🙏🏾 HELLO OCTOBER… I’M ENTERING EXPECTING GOD!

On this FIRST SUNDAY of a brand-new month, my heart is full of gratitude and expectation.

I may not know everything October will bring, but I know WHO HOLDS OCTOBER. ❤️

So this month, I’m choosing FAITH over fear, PEACE over worry, and EXPECTATION over doubt.

I’m believing God for OPEN DOORS, DIVINE DIRECTION, RESTORATION, FRESH OPPORTUNITIES and blessings beyond what I could have planned for myself.

And when God gives me an instruction, I’m determined to have the faith to MOVE. 🙌🏾

October, I’m not entering you afraid.
