🤔✨ How well do we really know what we do? During our staff meeting, our educators rated themselves on the everyday practices they already do, reflecting on how well they truly understand the why behind their work! 💡📚 A fun and meaningful way to build self-awareness, deepen our knowledge, and continue growing together as a team. 💕👏
