Some of our older kids are transitioning into the adult classes, which leaves us with space for a couple more students in our 11-15 year old Jiu Jitsu class.

This class runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:35-7:35.

Marco is hosting a DDPY session this Friday before open mat!

If you haven't tried it, it’s zero-impact, and built to repair the tight joints and muscle stiffness that comes with regular rolling/sparring. It also builds core stability and flexibility so you can keep training!

Come check it out and give your body a much needed tune up. Workout starts at 6:15, please be early!

Camp Courage is Back!

Our annual summer camp is back and this time we're making a few changes, this will now be a full day, weeklong summer camp, filled with Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, self defence, outdoor activities, games, crafts, friendship and laughter.

You do NOT need to be a member or have any martial arts experience to join us.
