All kids classes are cancelled tonight- we are so sorry for the inconvenience.

Adult classes will continue as usual.

Ladies only Jiu Jitsu classes- Wednesdays at 8pm and Sundays at 11:30am.

Taught by two female black belts- this class is a workout for both mind and body, filled with a group of friendly, fun and feisty ladies- you can’t help but have a great time!

First class is always free.

What a weekend- so much great Muay Thai, we are so proud of all of you!
