Say cheese! 📸

Here’s a reminder that we're putting together a special photo shoot at the dojang this Friday and Saturday! This is an exciting opportunity for all students to get some professional pictures while you show your taekwondo skills. The best part is that proceeds will support our athletes traveling to Newton’s TKD Championships in Markham, Ontario this November! 🙌

A few spots are still open on Friday and there are many available for Saturday. Send us a DM or give us a call to book a session!

🔥 What a successful BBQ! 🔥

Thanks to everyone who came out, joined in the fun, and supported our fundraiser. Together, we raised an amazing $1,750! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who generously donated and bid on our silent auction items. There were some really popular ones! We hope all of the lucky winners enjoy their prizes especially the vacation package winner!✈️☀️

But the fundraising fun doesn’t stop here! We have a group of around 10 heading to Ontario, so every bit of support helps us greatly.

🎃 Up next: our Halloween Sleepover on October 24! Net proceeds from the registration cost will go towards tournament costs.

🍫 For those with a sweet tooth, our Purdy’s Chocolates fundraising store is officially LIVE! Treat yourself or get a headstart on your holiday shopping while helping support our trip. We’re also opening up a pre-order window for team merch! Visit tienlung.com/team-fundraising for details.

Thank you again to everyone who helped make our BBQ such a success. We couldn’t do it without you!

With some high flying shots and a beautiful backdrop of the glass pyramids at the Muttart Conservatory, our demo team really showed their stuff!

A special thank you to the Babiak family for making this photo shoot happen. ❤️

This summer, we had the opportunity to take some beautiful photos at the Muttart Conservatory! We kicked things off with our elite students and instructors who brought plenty of energy and great poses. We gotta say, they really turned out well!

This time, we also gained a new perspective! 🚁📸 Experimenting with drone shots gave us a whole new look and some cool photos!

A huge thank you to the Babiak family for helping make this photo shoot happen. We couldn’t have done it without you! ❤️
