Spent the afternoon with these lovely women from iava wellness teaching them some bushcraft skills aswell as a little tour on the lake.

We went to recharge our souls in beautiful Jasper. Thank you Alex for hosting us in your beautiful Air bnb.
With everything going on in the country make sure to set some time aside for peace and quiet in the great outdoors.

Frostbite was very low key this year out at Medicine Lake with just a few dozen familiar faces. We fished, we laughed, and we ate lots of good food!
Weather was perfect for a weekend of camping.

Enjoyed the afternoon out hiking in the Blackfoot.

We spent some time at Metis Crossing learning how to tuft animal hair and how to use porcupine quills. Thank you Lily Rose for your knowledge ☺️
