✨HAIR SALON fun at the hive✨
As a Dayhome provider, I have observed my children having an interest in the beauty industry. I thought why not take it a step further and invest in some real human hair mannequins?! I have set up a hair styling station where they can explore not only fine motor skills, hand strengthening, and hand-eye coordination, but life skills. I am going to be teaching hair brushing, parting the hair, different braids, how to master a ponytail, and how to add fun accessories such as barrettes/clips, headbands, scrunchies, hair ties, and bobby pins.
