Women amaze me!

The women who I am surrounded by on a weekly basis are strong resilient, determined, focused and wise.

I’ve sat at some mighty tables in my life, with incredibly brave women. Those women have stories to tell, they have journey’s they’ve travelled, incredible roads they’ve walked on. It astounds me, inspires me, and encourages me.

I’ve recently been doing a book study with brave, courageous, insightful women. They show up every week and share their invaluable stories, with vulnerability and compassion for each other.

They build a safe place for everyone to dig deep and share openly, willingly, and honestly. I am in awe with the trust they have in each other.

I am blessed, privileged, and honoured to be part of this process and with eager women who want to grow and understand their behaviour patterns. Who are willing to put in the time, effort and energy to discard the behaviours they no longer want, or find useful.

It is a delight to work together with all of you. Great hard work of willingness and humility. You know who you are,

So weary of my weight keep coming back. So tired of shaming myself. So tired of berating myself. So tired of others looking down on me. So tired of trying to get to a normal size and I can’t get past a pound. Today I’m just so tired, weary, sad, disappointed and I don’t want to be disgusted with myself anymore.its hurts to my very core.

Broken Open

Have you ever been broken open?
Felt like your heart was stolen
Longed for something to take your pain
Sat for long hours in the pouring rain

To be broken open means pain and peace
Hurt, sorrow then some massive relief
At the other end we come home to ourselves
No longer feeling overwhelmed

It takes courage in leaps and bounds
To allow your soul and spirit to become unwound
Take a leap of faith and hope
Where we no longer have to just cope

I’ve been broken open more than once
Each time challenged to dig deep
Not simply sit and weep
But get a grip to find myself, oh what a treat

So if you’re facing a challenging moment
Remember you’re reaching and growing
You’re shedding your shell of your former self
Just to become your extremely higher self

Time for you! One Day Workshop

I have decided to offer a one day workshop I find September a great time for renewal. Children go back to school, the trees are shedding their leaves and the colours are breathtaking. It’s a time of starting over, and letting go.

In my experience it’s a great time to engage with our own creativity, to ask ourselves some caring questions and to interact with like minded people.

My workshops are a lovely way to slow down, breathe, exhale, catch up with yourself and create a vision for the coming year in a safe container of support and enlightenment.
