This program is designed for newcomers to Canada who are currently unemployed or working in roles that do not reflect their potential and skills in IT!

During the session today, our career counsellor, Lily Yağmur G. will walk through the program structure, career outcomes, eligibility, and available supports, while answering questions from attendees considering their next step into the tech sector with our program coordinator, Kathy Zhang.

It’s only Wednesday, and this morning our third student shared the good news:

“I got hired.”

Our Early Childhood Educator students are turning every late-night assignment, practicum hour, certification and interview prep session into opportunity and three hires by the third day of the week feels extra special!.

Watching our students step into careers where they will shape children’s confidence and futures is something we never take lightly. This field asks for patience, heart, resilience, and professionalism every single day.

A special thank you to our CWP Instructor, Silvia-Sarai Sosa, for the guidance, encouragement, and consistency you bring to our students every day. Behind every student success story is an instructor who kept believing in them, even on the difficult days.

As Simon Sinek says, “Leadership is not about being in charge. It is about taking care of those in your charge.”

Congratulations to our future educators. Our college is proud to be part of your journey!

From day one, they walked in with curiosity… and now they’re walking toward their future careers in childcare.

Over the past 26 weeks, our students have grown through every layer of the Early Learning & Childcare program.

Now, we’re entering one of the most exciting phases: interview preparation.

Resumes are polished, mock interviews are in full swing, and confidence is rising.

We’re incredibly proud of this cohort. The childcare industry isn’t just gaining workers; it’s gaining passionate, prepared individuals ready to make an impact.
