Our focus is on training Wing Chun & Shaolin Kung Fu. Together, this unified training incorporates both internal and external Chi Gung elements to provide self-defense skills, health and confidence. Our Mission is to enhance our communities through the personal development of our students. Chiu Lau Kung Fu College is a haven of positive energy and support for students' mental and physical growth, and provides inspiration to continually seek personal excellence as demonstrated by our Black Belts.
