Since stepping into the MAC Panthers locker room mid-season, Yasser has orchestrated a complete transformation, leading the team through an incredible undefeated season - MaashaaAllah! Drawing on the elite discipline he developed as a former NAIT Ooks basketball player, he immediately instilled a culture of championship-caliber excellence and grit. Under his leadership, the Panthers evolved into a dominant powerhouse, maintaining a perfect record and securing a top spot in the playoffs. His ability to connect with players as a mentor while implementing high-level collegiate tactics has revitalized the entire program and the community. He didn’t just stabilize our season; he built an unbeatable foundation for the future of MAC Panthers basketball, making him the clear choice for Coach of the Year. Allahu Akbar!
