On **August 27th**, we're inviting you to spend the day with us at **Whitemud Creek Community Center** as we celebrate **25 YEARS of Integrity Seminars** and continue doing what we've always believed in—creating spaces for people to grow, connect, learn and Keep Becoming.

Here's what the day will look like:

**12:00 PM — We Begin**
We'll start the day together with a grounding meditation before moving into an afternoon of interactive workshops designed to give you new perspectives, practical tools and opportunities for growth.

**12:00–4:00 PM — Workshops**
Four hours dedicated to learning, experiencing, connecting and investing in YOU. We'll be sharing the full workshop lineup soon.

**4:00 PM — Marketplace**
Explore local businesses, connect with our vendors, discover some amazing products and services, grab a bite and connect with the community before our evening begins.

**5:30 PM — The Empowerment Series Evening Event**
This is where we bring everyone together for our featured speakers, powerful stories, inspiration, prizes, celebration and an evening centred around this year's theme:

We are grateful!

One year ago, we welcomed Neurofeedback to Soultuary, and what an incredible year it has been.

Over the past 12 months, we’ve had the privilege of watching people discover greater calm, improved focus, better sleep, emotional regulation, resilience, and hope. Neurofeedback is a gentle, non-invasive process that helps the brain learn healthier, more efficient patterns, allowing many people to experience meaningful changes that ripple into every area of life.

This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication, knowledge, and heart of Darrah. We are deeply grateful for the care and professionalism she brings to every client and for her unwavering commitment to helping people experience what’s possible when the brain is given the opportunity to heal, adapt, and thrive.

At Soultuary, our vision has always been to offer services that support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Having Neurofeedback as part of that vision has been an incredible gift, and we couldn’t be more thankful that it has become such an important part of what we offer our community.

THIS is community. 🙌

Yesterday, Mother Nature truly pulled it out of the fire for us and gifted us a beautiful day for our Integrity Seminars BBQ, and what a day it was.

Perhaps one of the best “problems” we could have had was realizing we needed to make another trip to the grocery store for more food! There was something so joyful about watching people continue to arrive, to say YES to the invitation, and to fill the space with laughter, conversation, connection, hugs, and so much love.

What touched me most was the beautiful balance of people gathered together; clients we haven’t seen in a very long time, familiar faces who have journeyed with us through many levels and many years, and some of our newest clients, all sharing the same space. Different chapters. Different journeys. One community.

The feedback throughout the day was simply how happy people were to be there. How good it felt to reconnect. How excited people were to see one another. And honestly, that filled my heart.

Days like this don’t happen without people who step in and help make them happen.

A huge thank you to Brad Freeman and Rodolfo Menjivar - Star Fox Guardian for helping me support and create the day, and to Don Crothers, who constantly and quietly steps in and grinds out whatever it is I ask him to do….often before, during, and after everyone else has gone home. ❤️

Thank you to Dave Hawryluk and Guy Liron for stepping up to the grill and taking care of everyone so beautifully.

And I know many of us couldn’t help but notice who was missing.

For years and years and years, Grandfather Rick was a familiar and beloved presence behind the barbecue at our gatherings. His absence was felt. There are people who become woven into the fabric of a community, and even when they are no longer physically standing in their familiar place, their presence remains in the memories, the stories, and the love they left behind. 💞

And on a personal note, thank you to those who arrived carrying birthday gifts, cards, hugs, and beautiful expressions of love for me. I felt incredibly celebrated and deeply loved.

Yesterday was a reminder that community isn’t simply about gathering in the same place.

It is about the relationships we build over time.

It is about people who have walked different parts of the journey coming back together.

It is about new people being welcomed into the circle.

It is about noticing who is missing and remembering the mark they left.

It is about showing up, pitching in, sharing food, laughing together, reconnecting, and remembering that we belong to something bigger than ourselves.

Thank you to every single person who said YES and showed up.

This is Integrity.
This is connection.
This is community.
And this is what it’s all about.
