Because your mission was never meant to be funded by exhaustion.

Your business should not require you to override your body, sacrifice your wellbeing, perform endlessly for attention or become the sole engine keeping everything alive.

It should support you back.

At a caravan park near Oban a few days ago, a Scottish man asked me what I do back home in Canada.

I told him that a big part of my work is business coaching.

And then he started telling me about the reality of running his caravan park.
