Huumans being humans.
That pretty much sums up Colin Knoll at The Power of Story.

Colin, COO of Huumans Canada, didn't just show up as a sponsor.

He showed up as a human.

Connecting with people. Having real conversations. Sharing ideas. Laughing. Contributing. He even ate last.

And helping us create the kind of event we wanted from the beginning.

Join us this Wednesday, September 30th, for "The Unordinary"—an event highlighting unordinary people with unordinary stories.

Expect a raw, unapologetic deep dive into the good, the bad, and the ugly. It's not for the faint of heart, but it's going to be an incredible time of story sharing and raw emotion.

We would love to see you there! Let's go! 🚀✨

Celebrate or solve! 💡

During a recent Breakthrough Year cohort meeting, a member shared that he was spending way too much of his valuable time dropping off supplies at various job sites.

Another member offered a brilliant, simple solution: hire a retired person who would love driving around in a truck and handling those deliveries as a dream job! 🚚✨

It all comes down to shifting your mindset from "How do I solve this problem?" to "Who do I know that can help me solve this problem?"

This game-changing approach is what our meetings are all about!

Attention Edmonton entrepreneurs, business owners, and salespeople! 🚀

Being good at what you do is one thing, but explaining it effectively is a completely different skill that very few people practice.

Matthew Pollard, author of The Introvert's Edge, is coming to Edmonton for a full-day live event on Wednesday, September 23rd at Bison & Lodge to teach "The Power of Story"!

🔥 SPECIAL OFFER: 🔥

Tag a business owner below who needs to be in the room! When you tag them, you BOTH get in for just $97 each (normally $197)—that’s $100 off per seat with just one comment!

👇 Tag a fellow entrepreneur below and claim your seats for September 23rd at Bison & Lodge!

If you had to start over, what would you do differently? 💡

Most business owners struggle to step back even after a decade because their business was never built to run without them in year one.

The key takeaway? Build the handoff from day one—not when you are busy, and not just when you think you can afford it. Start documenting your processes while they are still fresh so your business can scale and operate independently! 🚀

Want to transform the way you plan your week? 🗓️

Instead of overwhelming yourself with a long to-do list, pick two main priorities. Keep them where you can clearly see them and view everything else as optional.1

It might feel like you're doing less, but completing two key goals every week adds up to 100 major steps forward over a year—rather than 100 unfinished projects.

Remember: Two completed tasks are far better than ten attempts.

What two priorities are you focusing on this week? 👇

The number one mistake business owners make is believing they are the only ones who can carry the burden. While it feels like responsibility, it is often just pride.

Every owner who has broken through their ceiling did it by surrounding themselves with people who have already been in their shoes.

Going at it alone isn't a strategy—it’s just the default. Find your people.
