Wednesday, October 7 6:30 PM
This is a great chance to get involved, have a voice, meet other parents, and be an active part of your child’s school community. Whether you’re bursting with ideas or just curious to learn more, everyone is welcome no experience needed!

BANNERMAN SCHOOL CASINO — WE NEED YOU!
Our Bannerman School Casino Fundraiser is coming up Wednesday, October 14 & Thursday, October 15, 2026 at Century Casino on Fort Road, and we still need some amazing volunteers to help make it a success!

The best part? No experience is needed!
All positions are easy to learn, and a supervisor will be there to guide and assist you throughout your shift. Plus, a FREE meal and snacks are provided!

Anyone can volunteer! Parents, grandparents, friends, family members, and neighbours are all welcome.

WHY YOUR HELP MATTERS

This casino fundraiser benefits EVERY Bannerman student — from Kindergarten through Grade 6!

BPEC has held 3 casino events in the past, raising approximately $78,000 each time!

These funds help keep costs lower for families and provide our students with amazing opportunities and resources, including:

🚌 Field trips
🎨 In-school experiences & artists-in-residence
📚 Library books
🏀 Gym equipment
✨ And so much more!

Just a few hours of your time can make a BIG difference in our kids’ school experience. Plus, it’s a great way to meet other Bannerman families and be part of our school community!

BPEC’s Bannerman School Casino - Volunteers Needed!

Bannerman School will be holding a casino on Wednesday October 14, and Thursday October 15 , 2026 at Century Casino on Fort Road. This casino will benefit ALL Bannerman students, Kinders thru Grade 6! We are in need of volunteers for all casino positions, no experience is necessary. Anyone can volunteer - parents, grandparents, friends, family, or neighbors. Please consider volunteering, a few hours of your time can make a huge difference to your child’s school experience. By using funds generated by Casinos, we are able to provide our children with a wide variety of in-school and feild trip experiences with minimal costs passed onto families.

Did you know that BPEC has had 3 casino events approximately $78,000 each time!

🎉 WE NEED YOUR HELP, BANNERMAN! 🎉

Our Community League Casino is coming up on August 21 & 22, and we still have several volunteer shifts that need to be filled.

This casino only happens once every two years and generates more than $75,000 for Bannerman. Those funds help pay for community events, rink and grounds maintenance, building upkeep, programs, and so much more.

No experience is required — all positions are supported by trained advisors.

We are especially in need of:
• Bankers
• Chip Runners
• Count Room Volunteers

If you’ve ever enjoyed a community event, used the rink, attended a program, or simply want to support our neighbourhood, now is the time to step up.
