Most people are trying to build a new life while still wearing the skin of who they used to be.
You set goals from an identity that was handed to you. You make decisions from a version of yourself that was shaped by environments that never saw you. You keep wondering why everything feels like a loop.
It is a loop. Because the operating system never changed.
Your circumstances are not the cage. The old identity is.
And the way out is not another strategy. Not another goal. Not another hustle cycle dressed up as growth.
The way out is becoming someone new. Not conceptually. In your body. In your nervous system. In the way you walk into a room and the energy you bring before you say a single word.
That is energetic leadership. Choosing your internal narrative over the noise of the world. Accessing states of consciousness where the future version of you is not some distant dream but a felt, living experience you can anchor into right now.
This is the work we do inside The Evolutionary Edge. Seven weeks of somatic practice, collective visioning, and expanded awareness designed to help you shed the old story and step fully into your future-state identity. Not someday. Now.
If you are done performing the past and ready to meet the version of you that has been waiting, the link is in the bio.

You checked every box. Built the thing. Hit the numbers.
And still, something inside you feels hollow.
That is not failure. That is your soul telling you the costume does not fit anymore.
Most men spend their entire lives decorating a cage and calling it success. More strategy will not fix this. More information will not fix this. Another summit will not fix this.
What fixes this is fire.
Real fire. The kind that burns away the masks, the performance, the stories you have been hiding behind for decades.
Underneath all of it, your fire is still there. It never went out. It got buried.
Forged in Fire is a 3-day men’s breakthrough experience in Salmon Arm, BC. May 21 to 24, 2026. Only 24 spots.
Fire walk ceremony. Deep connection circles. Breathwork. Cold plunge. Physical embodiment. Collective visioning.
This is not a retreat. This is a rite of passage into the next version of who you are.
Led by Kevin McNee and Orest Zwozdesky. Two guides with decades of men’s work, ceremony, coaching, and lived transformation between them. They do not lead from the front. They lead from the center of the fire.
This is the moment you stop saying “one day” and walk through the flame.

Before everything changed, my life looked meaningful on the outside—but unsustainable on the inside.
I worked in non-profit organizations serving Indigenous communities. The work mattered. I supported families, single mothers, and people carrying deep trauma. I believed in what I was doing.
But financially, I was barely surviving. Anything beyond bills went on credit cards. Debt grew quietly. Emotionally, the work was heavy. I absorbed the pain of the people I served without knowing how to separate my nervous system from theirs.
Every morning I felt okay—until I walked into the office and my energy drained.
One day, on the phone with a friend, I finally said out loud, “I think I’m going to quit my job.” At that exact moment, the fluorescent light above my desk—dead for over a year—turned on, stayed lit for 30 seconds, then flickered off forever.
I knew it was time.
Not long after, I took my first coach training. It wasn’t about fixing people—it was about guiding and empowering them. By 2006, I packed everything I owned into my car and drove across provinces to follow that calling, without a safety net.
The path wasn’t instant. I worked, coached nights and weekends, paid off debt, and slowly owned my identity. Years later, being fired from a job I’d outgrown became the doorway into sovereignty.
Today, I work as a coach, facilitator, and mentor, helping people move from survival into alignment and embodied leadership.
My work is simple:
to help people remember who they are
and step into who they’re becoming
with clarity, courage, and sacred responsibility.
🌍✨ Stay Sacred, my relatives.
