5 Suggestion for staying healthy in Winter and nourish you for the whole year using Nature's own wisdom - Chinese Medicine ancient knowledge. (Sorry for Number 4)

1 - Rest more than usual, go to bed early and get up late after the sunrise. (Here in Edmonton- sunrise is 8:40 am!)
2 - Meditate, relax (watch Netflix?) be with your loved ones.
3- Stay warm and dress well. Feeling the cold will strengthen the kidneys for the whole year(the source of our energy in the body) - but too much exposure will deplete them.
4- Conserve your sexual energy a little more than usual. In spring and summer, you and your partner will be grateful :)
5- Eat hot-energetic food- cooked food. Don't eat only salads or raw food, avoid ice cream, etc. use spices like black pepper, cayenne pepper, ginger, clove, cinnamon, and cardamom.
