Today, on World Teachers’ Day, we celebrate the teachers who give so much of themselves to our students each and every day. 💞
At Millwoods Christian School, teaching is about more than lessons, assignments, and learning objectives. It is about building relationships, recognizing God-given potential, encouraging curiosity, offering guidance, and helping students grow in both wisdom and character.
Our teachers show up with patience, creativity, compassion, and faith. They celebrate successes, walk alongside students through challenges, and create classrooms where young people are encouraged to learn, grow, ask questions, and discover who God has created them to be.
The impact of a teacher often reaches far beyond a single school year. A kind word, a challenging question, a moment of encouragement, or simply knowing that someone believes in you can become something a student carries for years.
To our MCS teachers: thank you. Thank you for your dedication, your energy, your patience, and the countless ways you pour into the lives of our students.
Your work matters. Your influence matters. And the seeds you plant today will continue to grow in the lives of our students for years to come.
May God continue to bless you as you use your gifts to prepare minds for leadership and hearts for service.
Happy World Teachers’ Day! 🍎📚💙
