Custodial Staff Appreciation Day!
Today, we are celebrating and recognizing our amazing custodial team! Our custodians do so much more than keep our school clean—they help create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment where our students and staff can learn, work, and thrive each day.

From the early mornings to the busy days and everything in between, we are so grateful for the care, dedication, hard work, and pride you bring to our school every single day.

✨ Thank you for all that you do! ✨

As the weather cools, please send appropriate clothing based on the temperature and weather. Students are expected to go outside for recess while the weather is warmer than -23 degrees. Cold weather clothing includes: snow pants, winter jacket, toque, mitts and snow boots. Should the temperature be colder than -23 degrees, students would remain inside. Please ensure that all pieces of clothing are labeled. ❄️❄️❄️❄️

Our SMS Eagles ended their season today with a loss in the quarter finals vs Spruce Avenue. The boys went up 2-1 in the first half and Spruce Ave tied it with a header in the early part of the second half. Spruce Ave went ahead on a late penalty kick. We are always proud of our Eagles and know they put in their best effort! Thanks for a great season and thanks to Mrs. Fedun and Mrs. Sidhu for their commitment to our Eagles Athletic program!
