Throughout the 1990s, heavy civil construction became a key part of Ledcor’s operations. One landmark project was building the resource road etched through the wilderness north of Stewart, BC, done in partnership with the Tahltan First Nation in nearby Dease Lake. The 80-kilometer, steep terrain to the mine site made for extremely slow road building progress, sometimes less than a quarter of a kilometer per day due to the battle of constant rain, snow and river floods. The project expenses were becoming costly, but one Ledcor employee had the innovative idea to bring in railway cars and abutments to build bridges, drastically reducing project costs.

Training runs Monday to Thursday from 7 Am to 3:30 pm
Testing every Friday at 7 Am

Initial B-Pressure practice is available.
$35 per hour (Minimum 2 hours per booking) Includes machined prepared coupons and access to an instructor.
