We aim to give dancers an opportunity to express their art and promote hip-hop dance as a physical activity in a friendly and welcoming environment.
The U of A Open Styles Dance Club exists at the University of Alberta for the purpose of reaching out to the community, educating about hip-hop culture, and promoting hip-hop dance as physical activity in a friendly and welcoming environment. We offer weekly classes on break dancing and hip hop choreography open to all University students.
