Buttermilk biscuit sweetened with cream cheese icing and beautiful fresh berries.

Huevos Rancheros. Tostada base, black beans, chorizo, salsa, avocado and cheese. The egg is under the salsa, I swear!

Egg basted in tomato sauce and bacon. Served with pan fried Parmesan and herb polenta.

Spam hash, sunny egg and sourdough. (Don’t knock the Spam, it’s underrated.😉)

Chicken and waffles with maple sriracha.

Made these beauties today. This is a typical Turkish street food that is enjoyed with an Ice cold glass of Pilsen. And an amazing view of the ocean. Since I can't be in Turkey to enjoy this, I figured I would bring a little bit of an Aegean classic over to Edmonton.
