Weapon Play in the Early Years by Dr. Alistair Bryce-Clegg 02/27/2026

Here is an interesting article. Every Disney movie I have ever watched ends with violence, good over evil, winning and losing.Lets not shy away from the topic but rather understand it. This article has key insights on how to raise kids in todays world.

How to Do It:
1️⃣ Lie flat on your belly, legs straight and kept together.
2️⃣ Inhale and lift your chest slightly, engaging your back and core.
3️⃣ Take an object (small ball, toy, or block) with your right hand.
4️⃣ Make a big circular movement over your back, reaching toward your spine.
5️⃣ Pass the object to your left hand behind your back.
6️⃣ Bring your left hand forward and place the object down on your left side.
7️⃣ Repeat in the opposite direction, alternating sides.
‼️Important: keep your legs straight, relax your jawline, keep deep breathing!
What It Helps Fix:
✔ Poor Posture & Slouching – Strengthens the upper back and core, encouraging a more upright posture.
✔ Weak Shoulder Mobility – Improves shoulder flexibility and coordination, which helps with daily movements like writing and sports.
✔ Core & Back Weakness – Engages deep core muscles, preventing excessive arching in the lower back.
✔ Low Body Awareness & Coordination – Teaches kids controlled, fluid movement, improving overall motor skills.
✔ Tight Hips & Legs – Encourages proper leg alignment and glute activation, helping kids with knock knees or in-toeing.
