2022 Camp Logistics:

U15 AA/AAA Hybrid Winter Prep Camp - Aug. 22 to Aug. 26 (5 days and 10 hours of ice)

- Ice Session #1: 12:00pm to 1:00pm - River Cree North - 60 minutes focused on skill development (skill > drill > small area game)

- Lunch break

- Ice Session #2: 2:30pm to 3:30pm - River Cree North - 60 minutes of conditioning and 3 on 3 game play with some controlled contact

Off ice activity - 1:15pm
