Canadian Adaptive Snowsports - Edmonton

Last year, CADS Edmonton graciously received support from the Edmonton Community Foundation (ECF). We were able to put this grant towards new equipment like sitskis, which helps us offer more opportunities to learners with disabilities!

We recently had the pleasure of hosting sitski & ski sessions for some of our instructors, led by James Cooney (CADS Level 4 Ski Instructor)!

Our instructors had lots of fun and got to expand their knowledge of adaptive snowsports. Thanks to James for leading these sessions!

We ended our season on a high by celebrating with a BBQ and family fun! It was fantastic to see everyone’s smiles and progress this season.

We recently held a Try-it Sitski event for ! Our participants had so much fun on the snow. As always, thank you to our volunteers for making this possible!🎿🏂
