Also last week, new member Sumer was inducted into TNT Toastmasters, shown here with outgoing President Kewei. Sumer is already rocking his Toastmasters journey, having already done an icebreaker, acted as General Evaluator, and signed up as Toastmaster for our upcoming meeting!! Way to go, Sumer!!

This is what we saw after last week's meeting while we were driving John Fleming home....a beautiful, vibrant rainbow! It was decided that the end of this rainbow was right at John's house, yet he did not want to share the pot of gold with us!! Can you believe it?? 🍀

Congratulations to our new member Sumer for giving a great Icebreaker speech at our last meeting. Well done, Sumer! We look forward to your future speeches.

Join us for our meeting tomorrow evening, June 9, from 7 to 9 pm. Toastmaster Lorraine has chosen to do a BACKWARDS MEETING! This ought to be both humourous AND confusing, and will need great listening skills and nimble creativity. Come see what it's all about!

At last week's meeting, Table Topics was a lot of fun as Table Topics Master Kewei had us pull a mystery item out of a box, and then create a story about it. Not as easy as it sounds!

Looking forward to our upcoming meeting on Tuesday, May 19th where one of our newer members will take on the role of Toastmaster! Way to go Oleks!

Last week we had a fabulous meeting, with 3 guests and a visit from our Area Director. Great speeches and evaluations, and insightful Table Topics made for a super meeting.

Looking forward to a fun meeting this coming Tuesday, May 12! Toastmaster of the Day, Chris, has chosen the theme of BURGERS. With the arrival of a very late spring, burgers and BBQ are on her mind. Please join us from 7 to 9 pm in the basement of Trinity United Church, 8810 Meadowlark Road. Hope to see you there!!! Guests are always welcome.
